Zaptec Sense automatically adjusts the charging speed in your building. When you use little power, the charging speed increases, allowing you to charge your vehicle even more quickly, even charging multiple vehicles at once. If the power consumption is high, Zaptec Sense will reduce the power used for electric vehicle charging to avoid overloading and power outages.

Charging without Zaptec Sense
If there is little power available in the building, you could be at risk of the circuit breaker tripping. An electrician would reduce charging station output to avoid power outages. This means that your circuit breaker will not trip while you are charging your electric vehicle, but it also means that you will not be utilising the available power.
